This page on the Manjewell website contains all the terms and conditions applicable if you would place an order. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you order any products of the Manjewell website. By placing an order at Manjewell, you ensure that you are at least 18 years old, (or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to buy any of our products) and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions on this page.
Manjewell is a brand and site based in the Netherlands. Therefore, all the terms and conditions listed above are applicable under Dutch Law and Jurisdiction. In case of translation or explanation of the contents or the Manjewell website, all the original terms and conditions on this website will remain determinate.
None of the terms and conditions on this page will affect your statutory rights. There will be no other terms or changes to the terms and conditions that shall be binding, unless agreed in writing and signed by Manjewell.
Prices and payment
The price applicable, when you order a product, is that set at the date on which you place your order. All the prices indicated on the Manjewell website are in euros and include value added-tax.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur with shipping, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
The shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase, so you will not be faced with surprises. Manjewell will add the shipping costs to the invoice of the order. More information concerning the shipping costs, can be found under the title shipping costs. Shipment of the order will take place once Manjewell has received payment for the order.
Customers are able to make payments electronically to Manjewell in many different ways. The different payment methods are indicated on the website at checkout. Your card information will not be stored and is protected by SSL encryption.
Transfer of ownership
All the products on this website will remain Manjewell property until payment is made by the customer. When this has been completed, ownership and liability of the purchases
products will be transferred.
The order that the customer places will be delivered to the address that the customer provides us. If the customer attempts to change the delivery address, this can be done by sending an email to Manjewell (firstname.lastname@example.org). However, There is no guarantee that we are able to change the address, because if the order is already sent out it is not possible to change the delivery address. Because everything is handmade, it will take a maximum of seven days before the parcel will be shipped.
- The parcel will arrive through your letterbox within 1-2 office days after shipping.
- The postman will ring your doorbell with your package within 1-2 office days after shipping
the final delivery time will not exceed more than one week of the indicated delivery time, except in case of ‘force majeure’.
We always use Post NL as our delivery service. Therefore the delivery conditions of post NL are applicable.
Our products are packed beautifully and with care. We also make sure that the products could not be damaged within its parcel/package. Manjewell could not be held accountable
for mistakes made by the deliverer.
By acceptance of the parcel the customer needs to check if there is any damage or incompleteness. If this is the case, the customer can contact Manjewell directly via email.
Return policy and refunds:
If the product is not entirely what you had expected it to be, you have the right to return the product to Manjewell within 10 days of acceptance. You need to do so in the following conditions:
- the product need to be in the original packaging
- the product needs to be unused
- The packing slip must still be attached the parcel needs to be sufficiently stamped
- the parcel needs to be well packaged
The return guarantee does not comply if the product has been damaged in any way, or if you have attempted to mend or alter the article yourself.
The costs made by returning the product will be entirely paid by the customer him or herself. Under no circumstances will Manjewell reimburse any shipping costs of returned products. If the product were to be exchanged, the shipping will not be charged again, but will be paid by Manjewell.
You can send an e-mail to email@example.com to inform Manjewell of your intention and
indicate what product you would like to return. Please also indicate if you would like to exchange the product or if you would rather receive a refund.
After acceptance of your return and if the return instructions have been followed accurately, you will receive a refund within thirty days. Manjewell can not be held accountable for damage that happened during the retour journey. If a payment is completed by credit card, the refund will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase.

All the personal information you provide us will be handled carefully by Manjewell as responsible for this personal information. The personal information you provide will only be used to ensure deliveries to you and for the credit assessment.
In case you may have any questions or complaints concerning any of our products or procedures, please inform Manjewell by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible. You will receive a reply within three office days. We will do our best to solve any complaint you may have, within reasonable limits. If we can not solve your complaint, this will become a dispute that falls under the dispute settlement.
Quality is Manjell ́ s snumber one priority, and therefore all the products are made with the finest materials. Manjewell cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical or material, that can be caused by malfunctioning of the product or if a material becomes undone.
The terms and conditions are also compiled with care. However, we cannot preclude the possibility of any errors or incompleteness in the information on our website.
Manjewell cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. Manjewell cannot be held responsible for any typing or misprinting errors that could communicate an incorrect selling price. In that case, Manjewell will adjust the price as soon as possible. The actual colour of the products can differ slightly from the colours shown on computer screens. Manjewell cannot be held responsible for variations in colours as a consequence of the quality of the computer screens.

All the information (texts, photos, images, graphics and other material) on the Manjewell website is protected by copyright.
All the intellectual property laws apply to all of the information on the website (unless you have first acquired written permission, and we did agree). These materials may not be used in any scenario that breaks these laws.
Visitors on the Manjewell’s website may not claim any rights pertaining to the information on the website.
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with the customer. In the event of a dispute, the judge in North-Holland has jurisdiction.
Acceptance of General Conditions
All the users of the Manjewell website are required to be aware of and agree with all the general conditions listed above. By placing an order with Manjewell, the customer automatically agrees to all of these terms and conditions. Manjewell ́ s clients details are automatically stored in our client list.
