Vintage Golden Glitter Earring

These Golden Glitter jewels are a unique pair of deadstock clip-on earrings. The decoration with granulation, a technique with which small pieces of metal are soldered onto the jewel, resembles that of medieval golden jewellery. However, its glittering stone in the middle and its swirling forms hint at their production date somewhere in the 1980´s.
